Consultation

Before you book a session, why not join me for a free, no obligation consultation? This is an opportunity to ultimately get a feel for what speaking to me in person is like and experience what sessions might behold. A consultation (by phone or online) consists of a free 15-minute slot which gives you an opportunity to enquire about therapeutic or life-coaching processes. Ask questions, understand methods, discuss the fee structure or just to get a flavour for how therapy or life coaching can help you in your current circumstances, today.

 

Initial Assessment

The initial 50-minute session is used as an initial assessment to gain an overview of your background, history and current reasons for seeking support. This is a good time to mention any preferences and goals you may have and get a feel for whether our working relationship is a good match for your needs. From here, I can make the recommendation of what might be most appropriate for you; to undertake sessions with myself or another practitioner, and whether psychotherapy, counselling, life-coaching or mentorship are ideal for you.

 

Short-Term Session Plan

Short-term counselling and life-coaching are great for individuals that have a specific issue they'd like to address and gain new insights and perspectives on. Block out some time in advance on your diary to make the space to support those next steps towards your desired goal(s).

Long-Term Session Plan

Long-term therapy and coaching relationships are great for individuals who would like to settle into an ongoing professional relationship and dedicate the time it takes make progress overtime. You can use the long-term option to explore, discover and approach your goals; releasing you from any time pressure or constraints, allowing the process to unfold gradually.
